It's beautiful how talk therapy can cure mental blockages improve understanding and help everyone from the trauma dealt in any moment of time.

For me my childhood trauma wrecked my present unbearably and was about to ruin my future more horribly. I am greatful for the therapy and doc now I can see a better picture of the world from a different pov.

I started going to counseling for anxiety issues . Reena mam is very friendly and comfortable to listen to all the problems and I felt very optimistic about the way she suggested recommendations and the root cause of what has happened with me and how can I come out from that situation. Had 2+ sessions with her but did not receive any real therapy or improvement techniques. Just heard me and left things. Too expensive for no personalized treatment or follow up!!

Despite me asking in the sessions if I should do any exercise or practice anything the doctor simply ignored and said we will see. ********* ****** *** not enough time spent per patient to make any impact, especially for the very expensive rate!! Said she will contact for future help - no contact or attention or care at all!!

The doctor heard the problem ND gave suitable immediate solutions .. which help me a lot ..thanks to u mam ...

Met Dr. Reena when I was in a troubled and difficult situation in my personal life. Had multiple continuous sessions with her where she was able to understand and advise for the hardships I was facing in my marriage. I was scared to accept some things earlier abt my husband because they were very difficult , which after talking to her gave me strength and confidence to do the right yet difficult thing for the long run. I had to make tough decisions and what she advised me or discussed with me played an important role in life decisions and I’m thankful to her for the right push. Her openness which is the essence in her profession is appreciable.

Would highly recommend her and would also want to say that one should go with an open mind in such sessions for real help.

Dr. Reena helped me overcome the pain of losing my dad recently. She has put a lot of effort in understanding my situation and then treating me for the same .

First of all, if you’re new to therapy or this is gonna be your first therapy session then I won’t recommend her.

Secondly, 1300 for 30 mins is absurdly high especially when it doesn’t help you and you are left with no solution or the sense of direction you were hoping to get cause for that you need another session and then you need to pay 1300 again.

Thirdly, i’d like to share my story, I answered her bunch of personal questions she asked which left me even more overwhelmed than i was and all i was hoping that she would help me or guide me cope with whatever i was going through. She didn’t help me at all and asked me to book another slot but i opted for the free follow up chat where she won’t reply or actually give you any solution that you need.

Lastly, if you are reading this, I’d urge you to please reconsider before you opt for this therapy session and save your money, time and find someone who can actually help you out.
